2008 Fam Glam: Amy had the opportunity to visit the Ronald McDonald House in the spring, and she was amazed at what she saw and how Jerry, the Ronald McDonald House’s lovable dog, was a blessing to the children staying there. As Amy was visiting, she met a young girl going through chemotherapy, and her Mom said to Amy, “Seeing Jerry is the one time each day I know she’s genuinely happy.” This dog brings smiles to these kids’ faces amidst all they are going through.

So, Amy has painted an original portrait of Jerry for the children at the Ronald McDonald House to enjoy. This portrait brings this amazing dog to life for those beyond the walls of the Ronald McDonald House and will help to raise money for the children who stay here.
